I'm drinking a fine Ale. 007 Ale to mention the name. Brewed by the Middle Earth Brewery.

Made with Maris Otter malted barley, a small amount of Crystal malt and a tiny addition of chocolate malt. Mashed at 68C for 2 hrs. Then boiled for 90 mins with the addition of NZ sticklebract and green bullet hops. A late addition of green bullet and east kent goldings provide a fine hoppy aroma. Fermented with Fullers 1968 ESB yeast. ABV 5.4%

I like ale :D

Yet again i'm supping some 007 Ale. Only got 4 bottles left :(
I have 2 crates of MEB NZ Sauvin ale next but it needs another week or so maturation. It's like being smacked in the mush with a ton of hops at the moment. Not in an unpleasant way but i'd rather be kissed with hops than headbutted. :lol:
My Fermenter currently has 32 ltr's of Easy Ale v1. It's dropped down to it's final gravity but has a couple of days to 'fall bright'-brewing terms meaning to clear.
Next up is an historic IPA. Recipe is from 1837. Needs 8 month's maturation in bottles before ready to drink. I'm brewing this specifically for my birthday in Dec. ABV will be around 7%.

I like Ale.
