I have just purchased a manifold second hand. It s the standard Agir Brok, Dive rite, Halcyon,Sea Elite style rotating bar type. After a clean up and replacement of all O rings its looking nice and shiny and all valves are turning freely.
One thing I did notice is that it only takes 2 complete turns (720deg) to fully open an d close the valves. My OMS manifold takes 3.5 turns.

What about yours?

What do you think is better?

Less tuns mean a quicker shut down but more chance of "roll off".

Thoughts?

Mine's 2.25 ish turns. The number of turns is dictated mostly by a little piece of white plastic (or whatever it is). This shredded in mine (noticed it during last service) which meant it was about 4 turns to close off.
Chance of a roll-off on the isolator is pretty slim, and should be relatively easy to spot.
