Every paid up member so far has a card made up, you need to get hold of Packhorse (drop him a pm) and arrange how your card gets to you, being that you're in Chcher, unless he's going to be in the area to drop it off!

Shouldn't take long to get it to you.

(not sure we can help with the black part though...)
